Zacks reported that Occidental Petroleum Corporation's (NYSE:OXY) 2011 Q4 revenue rose 27.8% to $2.02 per share from $1.58 per share.

Occidental's adjusted earnings for full year 2011 were $8.39 per share, surpassing the Zacks estimate of $8.32. The company's earnings grew significantly by 46.7% from the 2010 figure of $5.72 per share.
