Cabinet asks industry to switch to heavy oil instead of gas

The Cabinet of Ministers ordered the Fuel Ministry and Industrial Policy Ministry to enforce a switch by industrial and heating plants to heavy oil instead of gas wherever they can, and simplified the procedure for purchase of heavy oil.
