Rio de Janeiro petchems plan progresses
Petrobras has formed six new wholly owned subsidiaries as part of its petrochemicals and plastics project in Rio de Janeiro state. The USD 8.5 bn Rio de Janeiro Petrochemical Complex (Comperj), will process heavy oil from the Campos Basin.
