Deloro Resources (CVE:DLL) annouced today that CSA approval has been received and SaskPower has cleared the Wilkie Project site for eletrification. The pilot test will be starting shortly.  Deloro will be testing Electro-Petroleum Inc.’s enhanced oil recovery technology.
