Venezuala Petroleum cooperated with Vietnam to explore Oil
The Venezuelan Petroleum Corporation declared that it has received a permission to set up a joint venture with the PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation to explore and exploit oil in the Orinoco belt.
