Oil price steady amid supply concern from Brazil
Oil prices were steady amid concerns about disrupted supplies from Brazil due to strike at Petroleo Brasileiro, Brazil’s state oil company.
Jeff Spittel, an analyst at Natixis Bleichroeder, was quoted as saying:
A strike would have ”a pretty meaningful impact, especially given that it’s a source of crude from the Western Hemisphere from a regime that has a fairly friendly relationship with us
